1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) form a binding agreement between you and Example Commerce LLC (“Acme Store,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing example.store, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and Health Disclaimer. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and able to form a legally binding contract to purchase from us. By ordering, you represent that you meet these requirements and that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

3. Products and Availability

We sell dietary and nutritional supplements. Product descriptions, images, and pricing are provided for convenience and may contain errors. We reserve the right to correct errors, change prices, limit quantities, and discontinue any product at any time without notice. Product images are illustrative and may differ from the item delivered.

4. Orders, Pricing, and Payment

• Your order is an offer to buy. We may accept or decline it, and we may cancel an order for reasons including suspected fraud, pricing errors, or product unavailability.
• Prices are in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise and exclude taxes and shipping unless stated. The final amount charged is calculated at checkout.
• Payments are processed by our third-party payment provider. Card details are handled securely by that provider and are not stored on our servers. You authorize us to charge your payment method for the total shown at checkout.

5. All Sales Final

All purchases are final and non-refundable except as expressly set out in our Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please read it before ordering.

6. Shipping and Risk of Loss

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon our delivery of the products to the carrier. We are not responsible for carrier delays, customs holds, duties, or taxes imposed by your jurisdiction.

You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account and email one-time codes. You agree not to misuse the site, including by attempting to access it without authorization, interfering with its operation, scraping, reselling without permission, or using it for any unlawful purpose.
