Refund Policy

All sales are final. Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.
1. No Refunds — All Sales Final
Example Commerce LLC (“Acme Store,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates a strict no-refund policy. Once an order is placed and payment is authorized, the sale is final and binding. We do not provide refunds, credits, or reimbursements of any kind for:
- Change of mind, buyer’s remorse, or no longer wanting the product;
- Ordering the wrong product, flavor, quantity, or variant;
- Failure to read the product description, ingredients, or label;
- Dislike of the taste, texture, smell, color, or consistency of a product;
- The product not producing a desired, expected, or subjective result;
- Personal sensitivity, intolerance, or an allergic reaction to a disclosed ingredient (please review the label before purchase);
- Products that have been opened, used, or partially consumed;
- Promotional, discounted, bundled, clearance, or final-sale items;
- Gift purchases, gift cards, or store credit;
- Delays, seizures, or duties imposed by customs or shipping carriers outside our control.
2. No Returns or Exchanges
Because our products are consumable health and dietary supplements, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for health, safety, hygiene, and tamper-integrity reasons. Once a supplement leaves our fulfillment facility, it cannot be verified, restocked, or resold. Do not ship any product back to us — returned items are not accepted, are not refunded, and cannot be sent back to you.
3. Order Cancellations
Orders are processed and queued for fulfillment immediately after payment is authorized. For this reason, orders cannot be cancelled, modified, or refunded once placed. Please double-check your cart, shipping address, and contact details before completing checkout.
4. Limited Mandatory Exceptions
We stand behind the condition of what we ship. Notwithstanding the no-refund policy above, we will make things right in the following limited cases, which we are committed (and in many places legally required) to honor:
- Damaged on arrival — the product arrived broken, leaking, or otherwise physically damaged;
- Incorrect item — you received a product materially different from what you ordered;
- Defective product — the item is expired on arrival or fails to meet its stated specifications;
- Non-delivery — a package confirmed lost in transit and never delivered.
In these cases our sole remedy, at our discretion, is a free replacement or reshipment of the affected item. Cash refunds are provided only where a replacement is impossible and applicable law requires a refund.
How to report an issue
To be eligible, you must contact us at support@example.store within 48 hours of delivery (or of the expected delivery date for non-delivery claims) and include:
- Your order ID;
- A description of the problem;
- Clear photographs of the product, packaging, and any damage (for damaged, incorrect, or defective claims).
Claims made after this window, or without the required information, may not be eligible.
5. Chargebacks
If you believe you are entitled to a remedy, please contact us first — we respond quickly and want to help. Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us is a breach of these terms. We maintain detailed order, authorization, and delivery records and will contest illegitimate or fraudulent disputes. Abusive or fraudulent chargebacks may result in your account and email being banned from future purchases and referral to collections.
6. Your Statutory Rights
Nothing in this policy is intended to exclude or limit any consumer rights or guarantees that cannot lawfully be excluded under the mandatory laws applicable to you (which may include rights relating to goods that are faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose). Where such non-waivable rights apply, they operate in addition to this policy. This policy does not affect the rights of the payment networks or your card issuer.
7. Acceptance
By placing an order, checking any acknowledgment box at checkout, or otherwise completing a purchase, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Refund Policy and our Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not place an order.
